Construction Work – Dept. 10 - Skørping Elderly Center And Department 11 - Buderupholmvej. Tender For Turnkey Contract Regarding Construction Of Skørping Elderly Center And Buderupholmvej, Located In Skørping. The Overall Project Includes The Construction Of A Total Of 40 Homes, Divided Into 30 Care Homes, Of Which 10 Care Homes Are Targeted At Somatic Patients And The Remaining 20 Care Homes Are Targeted At Demented Patients (Department 10) As Well As 10 Family Homes Targeted At The Senior Segment (Department 11). The Project Is Offered As An Integrated Project, But Separate Turnkey Contracts Will Be Entered Into. It Has Been Decided To Offer The Project Together As A Turnkey Contract. The Reason For This Is That It Is Considered To Be The Most Optimal For The Project, Both For The Sake Of Removing Interfaces In The Project And Thereby Minimizing Risk, As Well As Saving Significant Costs By Only Having To Establish One Construction Site. It Is Assessed That The Form Of Tender, Tender With Negotiation, Can Be Used In Accordance With The Rules For This, As It Is A Total Contract, Where Adaptations Will Be Made In Connection With The Tender, Which Is Why Prior Negotiations Are Needed.
