The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment Defined In Accordance With Art. 2 Points 12-13 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act): • Ict Product Means An Element Or Group Of Elements Of Network Or Information Systems, • Service Ict Means A Service Consisting Entirely Or Mainly In Transmitting, Storing, Downloading Or Processing Information Via Networks And Information Systems, And • Ict Process Means A Set Of Activities Performed To Design, Develop, Deliver Or Maintain Ict Products Or Ict Services, I.E. In Particular - Purchase And Implementation Of An E-Mail System, Including The Necessary Equipment, Licenses And Services, Including: A. Delivery With Installation Of An E-Mail System (Hardware And Software Solution Delivered In Quantity Of 2 Pcs. Operating In Ha Mode) B. Delivery With Nas Installation (File Server For Email Backup - 1 Pc.) C. Provision Of Maintenance Services The Subject Of The Order Also Includes On-The-Job Training Remotely And At The Ordering Partys Premises For Administrators Designated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of The Mail System, As Well As Support And Technical Service For 36 Months. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Not From Exhibition Or Conditioned, And Have Not Been Previously Used By Other Entities. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Has Been Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Admission To Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
