First Part Of The Order: Delivery Of Washed Basalt Grit Of The 2-5 Mm Fraction And Washed Basalt Grit Of The 5-8 Mm Fraction: A) Estimated Quantity Of Grit To Be Ordered: - Washed Basalt Grit Of The 2-5 Mm Fraction, Minimum 700 Tons With A Possible Right Of Option, Possibility Of Extension To 1000 Tons, - Washed Basalt Grit Of The 5-8 Mm Fraction, Minimum 700 Tons With Possible Option Right, The Possibility Of Extending It To 1000 Tons, B) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Right Of Option, Which Includes The Possibility Of Increasing The Purchase Of: - Washed Basalt Grit Of The 2-5 Mm Fraction, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Up To A Maximum Of 1,000 Tons. This Means That The Ordering Party Will Place An Order For A Minimum Of 700 Tons Of Grit, And The Remaining 300 Tons Of Grit Will Be Ordered Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Unit Price Offered By The Contractor And The Release And Security Of Additional Financial Resources. - Washed Basalt Grit, 5-8 Mm Fraction, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Up To A Maximum Of 1,000 Tons. This Means That The Ordering Party Will Place An Order For A Minimum Of 700 Tons Of Grit, And The Remaining 300 Tons Of Grit Will Be Ordered Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs, Depending On The Unit Price Offered By The Contractor And The Release And Security Of Additional Financial Resources. The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims From This Title. Moreover, The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
