The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation In The Scope Of The Subject Order, Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Administrative Decision For The Implementation Of The Task (Building Permit Or Notification, If Required) Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits. Details Regarding The Development Of Documentation Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program Together With The Conceptual Design (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu), Constituting Annexes No. 2A And 2B To The Swz - Stage I; B) Performance Of All Construction Works And Electrical, Telecommunications, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations As Well As Sanitary Installations Not Necessary For The Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Together With Services That Are Not Works Construction And All Necessary Preparatory Works (Organization And Security Of The Construction Site) Needed To Perform The Entrusted Order, Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Detailed Guidelines Contained In The Ffu Together With The Conceptual Design (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu) Constituting Annexes No. 2A And 2B To The Swz And The Performance Of All Activities Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Together With The Preparation Of Comprehensive As-Built Documentation And Obtaining For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party A Valid Use Permit - Stage Ii; C) Performance Of Obligations Arising From The Granted Guarantee/Warranty - Stage Iii.
