The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Performance Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And The Implementation Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Implementation Of Acoustic Protection In The Form Of A Noise Barrier On The A18 Motorway From Km 4+680 To Km 5+160. The Task Includes Construction Works, In Particular Assembly Works For The Acoustic Barrier. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Implementation Of The Necessary Security Measures And Installation Of Other Road Safety Devices In Compliance With The Rules And Regulations In Force On National Roads. The Detailed Scope Of Work Will Be Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program.
