Przechlewo As Part Of A Project Under The European Regional Development Fund Priority 06: European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania Measure 06.12: Tourism Infrastructure - Clld Under The European Funds For Pomerania Program For 2021-2027 Project Under Lsr 1.4 Construction And Expansion Of Swimming Pool Infrastructure. The Planned Investment Will Consist In The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: • Construction Of Swimming Pool Infrastructure, • Land Development, • Purchase Of Equipment, • Monitoring. The Plot With Registration Number 1019/9 Is Located In Przechlewo, Przechlewo Commune And Is Directly Adjacent To Plot 218, Which Is Lake Końskie. Currently, The Plot In The Central And Northern Parts Is Equipped With Infrastructure Related To The Swimming Pool. On The Plot There Is A Swimming Pool With A 48-Meter-Long Shoreline, A Volleyball Court And A Tennis Court. On The Plot There Is A Building Of Sanitary Facilities, Equipment Rental And A Catering Shelter, As Well As Small Architectural Objects, Such As Gazebos. Access To The Swimming Pool Is Provided By Two Entrances: From The Northern Part, From The District Road With A Bituminous Surface, And From The Southern Part, Through Road Plot No. 723/2. In The Summer, The Pier Located On Plot No. 218 Is Equipped With Tables With Benches, A Stand For Life Jackets, Safety Lines, A Rescue Belt, And An Umbrella For Rescuers. Additionally, The Swimming Pool Is Equipped With A Water Volleyball Court. The Investment Aims To: - Improve The Functionality Of The Swimming Pool And The Comfort Of Its Use, - Create An Attractive And Friendly Recreational Space Available To All Social Groups, - Develop Local Tourism By Improving The Quality Of Infrastructure, - Increase Safety And Supervision Through The Expansion Of Monitoring, - Improve Aesthetics And Introduce Elements Of Small Architecture Consistent With The Natural Landscape. Moreover, In Order To Eliminate Architectural Barriers And Improve The Functionality Of The Bathing Area At Lake Końskie In Przechlewo, It Is Planned To Build A Parking Lot With A Parking Space For Disabled People, A Maneuvering Area For Emergency Vehicles And A Pedestrian Route Enabling Access To The Pier.
