The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: − Development Of The Executive Design, − Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, − Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, − Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, − Preparation Of Information On Health And Safety (Bioz), − Development Of A Fire Scenario For The Entire Building, − Obtaining Arrangements, Permits, Opinions, Maps, Etc. Required For The Implementation Of The Task (The Project Should Be Agreed With A Fire Expert), The Obtaining Of Which Is Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, − Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Works Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.
