The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of Works And Deliveries Resulting From The Order Documentation, In Particular:• Preparatory, Security, Demolition And Earthworks;• Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Part Of The Service Building;• Expansion Of The Building For The Needs Of The Senior Club And Cim;• Construction, Roofing, Façade, Insulation And Finishing Works;• Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations;• Sanitary, Water Supply, Sewage And Central Heating Installations, Gas Boiler Room, Ventilation And Air Conditioning;• Land Development, Including The Access Road, Parking Spaces, Accesses, Sidewalks, Greenery And Waste Collection Area;• Renovation Of The Driveway For People With Disabilities On Plot No. 348/1;• Delivery, Bringing, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Equipment;• Carrying Out Tests, Research, Measurements, Commissioning, Adjustments And As-Built Documentation. The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete, Functional, Safe, Accessible And Ready-To-Use Facility With Equipment, Land Development And A Complete Set Of As-Built Documentation. A Detailed Description And Full Scope Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Design Documentation Called Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building For The Needs Of Social Services, Including Equipment And Land Development Around The Rogóźno 83A Building, Constituting (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).
