1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works On The Facility In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And The Fup, Including The Provision Of A Quality Guarantee For The Works Performed And For The Delivered And Installed Anchor Devices And All Their Elements In Accordance With § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Contract Will Be Implemented By The Contractor In The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Industry Along With The Transfer Of Proprietary Rights And Dependent Rights To The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Of The Copies And Media On Which It Was Recorded, To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Stage Ii: A) Execution Of The Works On The Basis Of The Approved And Received Design Documentation, B) Preparation And Delivery Of The Documentation As-Built Together With The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Proprietary Rights, The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Dependent Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation, C) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation;3) Stage Iii - Implementation Of A 36-Month Quality Guarantee For The Works And Warranty For Defects On The Terms Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
