The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Justification For The Lack Of Division Is Included In Point 1.2 Of The Opz - In Particular: Close Technological And Temporal Connection Of The Works, The Need For Uniform Responsibility Of One Contractor, The Risk Of Disputes At The Interface Of Scopes And The Need To Secure The Construction Site And The Ordering Partys Property In The Forest Area.3.5. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Similar Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Construction Works - In Particular The Execution Of Angle Extensions For The Fence And The Installation Of Smooth Wire - Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order.3.6. Equivalence Clause. The Technical Parameters, Standards Or Specific Solutions Indicated In The Order Documentation Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions With Parameters No Worse Than Those Specified, Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5-6 And Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.3.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.3.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Principles And Criteria Of Pefc Certification (Programme For The Endorsement Of Forest Certification) In Force In The Forest District.
