As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Preliminary Concept, Develop Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Investor Cost Estimates Along With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As A Bioz Plan Along With Submitting The Documents Required To Obtain A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And A Decision On A Building Permit, As Well As Obtaining These Documents On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
