Tenders Are Invited For Road Salt Delivery

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, Of Non-Caking, Rock, Mine, Non-Waste, Bulk Road Salt To The District Road Administration In Koszalin, Loco: 76-015 Manowo, Ul. Cisowa21.2. The Forecast Quantity Of Salt To Be Ordered Is A Minimum Of 500 Tons, With A Possible Option To Extend It To 800 Tons.3. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Right Of Option, Which Includes The Possibility Of Increasing The Purchase Of Road Salt That Is The Subject Of The Order. This Means That The Ordering Party Will Place An Order For A Minimum Of 500 Tons Of Salt, And The Remaining 300 Tons Of Salt Will Be Ordered Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Unit Price Offered By The Contractor And The Release And Securing Of Additional Financial Resources.4. The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order.5. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Specification.7. Moreover, The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
