The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection Together With Part Of The Internal Sanitary Sewage System In The Building Of The Zsl Dormitory In Biłgoraj (Ul. Polna 3 23 -400 Biłgoraj).2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Security And Organizational Works, Including Securing The Work Area, Premises Covered By The Works, Accesses, Passages And Existing Elements Of The Building And Infrastructure; 2) Performance Of Demolition Works Inside The Dormitory Building, Including Dismantling Of Sanitary Equipment, Dismantling Of Floors, Parts Of Wall Cladding, Underfloor Layers, Insulation And Dismantling Of Existing Sections Of The Sanitary Sewage System; 3) Execution Of Earthworks Related To Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection And Construction Of Under-Floor Sewage Sections, Including Excavations, Backfills, Backfills, Soil Compaction And Possible Soil Replacement To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;4) Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection, Including The Construction Of Dn200 And Dn160 Sanitary Sewage Sections Along With The Necessary Connections, Fittings, Seals And Connections;5) Installation Of System Sewage Wells Made Of Plastic Together With Bases, Shaft/Telescopic Pipes And Manholes, In Accordance With The Design Documentation;6) Construction Of Part Of The Internal Sanitary Sewage System In The Dormitory Building, Including Installation Of Sewage Pipes, Approaches, Fittings And Necessary Installation Elements;7) Reassembly Of Some Sanitary Equipment To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, Including The Installation Of New Steel Shower Trays;8) Reconstruction Of Flooring And Insulating Layers After Installation Works, Including Reconstruction Of Substrates, Insulation, Leveling Layers And Floor And Wall Claddings In The Areas Covered By The Works;9) Restoration Of External Surfaces Damaged In Connection With The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection, Including Construction Layers, Substructure And Paving Stone Surfaces;10) Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations And Checks, In Particular Tightness Tests Of The Sanitary Sewage System, Checking The Patency, Slopes And Correctness Of The Installation And Connection;11) Cameraing Of The Main Sanitary Sewage Connection; 12) Tidying Up The Area And Rooms After The Completion Of The Works, Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 13) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of As-Built Documentation, Including The Required Protocols, Certificates, Declarations, Technical Cards, Test And Research Results, And As-Built Geodetic Inventory To The Extent Required By The Design Documentation And Legal Regulations.3.
