The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Development Of Sports And Recreational Infrastructure Through Modernization Of The Sports Field In The Town Of Rożno-Parcele And Retrofitting The Existing Playground In The Town Of Służewo With Play Equipment, Including The Execution Of Construction Works And The Retrofitting And Installation Of Play Equipment.2. The Order Is Divided Into 2 Parts: 1) Part 1 Of The Order: Retrofitting The Existing Playground Located In Służewo With Playground Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Retrofitting And Installation Of An Existing Playground With Play Equipment Along With The Performance Of Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order In Question In The Town Of Służewo, Located On Plot No. 379/1, District 0028 Służewo, In The Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Site Visit Is Only Optional. Contractors Are Recommended To Make A Site Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Date Of The On-Site Visit And The Technical Details Of Its Implementation Require Agreement With The Ordering Party.4. Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) And Art. 4 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Taking Into Account The Principles Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs. This Applies In Particular To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Guidelines On Non-Discrimination Of Persons With Special Needs And The Implementation Of Works Taking Into Account The Requirements For Architectural Accessibility Recorded In The Design Documentation. 5. Permissible Dimensional Deviations Of The Subject Of The Order +/- 5%, Above Must Be Consulted In Writing With The Ordering Party. All Sizes Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Confirmed Before Starting The Order.6. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of Community-Led Local Development - Lds Implementation - Excluding Grant Projects Covered By The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027. 7.
