The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Construction Of Street Lighting At Ul. Lipowa In Dobieszu, Consisting In The Construction Of New Road Lighting In The Góra Kalwaria Commune In The Design And Build Mode, In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Is The Basis For Preparing The Contractors Price Offer For The Implementation Of The Task In Question, Which Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation Along With All Required Legal Requirements Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works, B) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, C) Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Completion Of Construction (If Required). The Task Includes Preparing Design Documentation And Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Permits For The Construction Of New Light Points Along Roads Located In The Góra Kalwaria Commune, In The Town Of: Dobiesz, Ul. Lipowa, Plot No. 72/4; Precinct 00-17 Dobiesz - Installation Of 1 Pole And 1 Lighting Fixture Is Planned. The Locations Of The Construction Of New Lighting Points Are Presented In The Map Annex To The Fup. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of Light Points During The Execution Of The Part Of The Order Related To The Preparation Of Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Conditions Issued By Road Managers, Technical Conditions For Connecting Power Devices To The Lighting Installation, And Pfu. Work On Private Plots Will Be Carried Out With Special Respect For The Property. After Completion Of Construction, The Area Will Be Restored To Its Original Condition, Reclaimed, Sown With Grass, In The Event Of Any Damage To Fences Or Entrances, The Damage Will Be Removed, Access To The Property Will Be Guaranteed During Construction, Trees And Bushes Will Be Properly Protected Against Damage. The Scope Includes The Development Of A Traffic Organization Design, Occupation Of The Road And Comprehensive Surveying Services, Development Of Complete As-Built Documentation Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory In 2 Copies (And, If Necessary, With Prior Changes To The Zud), The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Report The Completion Of Construction (If Required).
