Description Of The Existing Condition: In Spring And Autumn The Conditions For Road Traffic Are The Worst. During This Period, Sections Of These Roads Are Often Completely Or Partially Impassable Due To Mud And Water. The Dirt Roads Mentioned In The List Of Roads In The City And Commune Of Szamotuły Are In Poor Condition And Require Improvement Of Road Traffic Conditions By Profiling And Grading Them, Emphasizing That The Surface Of The Dirt Road Remains Unchanged. Surface Drainage Through The Use Of Transverse Slopes. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Grading, Profiling And Compaction Of Roads Paved With Brick-Concrete And Concrete Aggregates That Require Prior Loosening Using Rippers Or Other Machines Intended For This Purpose In Order To Re-Arrange Loose Material Called Spoil In An Appropriate Manner While Maintaining Transverse Slopes In Order To Drain Groundwater. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 6 Passes With A Grader And A Vibratory Roller, Provided That The Designated Sections May Start With A Length Of Twenty Linear Meters And May Be Located In The Central Parts Of The City And Commune Or Housing Estates, Which Means That After Passing With The Grader, There Is A Need To Manually Correct Critical Road Points (Such As Entrances, Underground Infrastructure, E.G. Manholes, Gates, Manholes, Etc.). During The Performance Of The Works, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Consult Village Heads Or Other Persons Managing A Given Area Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. Delivery Of Concrete-Brick Aggregate To The Contractor With Transport And Installation In The Amount Of 1,100 Tons. Filling The Gaps On Municipal Roads With Hardened Surfaces Made Of Concrete Aggregate, Concrete-Brick In The City And Commune Of Szamotuły In The Area. 140,000 M2 On The Road Sections Indicated By The Ordering Party Based On The List Of Roads Together With Local Rolling And Profiling. The Scope Of Work According To The Execution Technology Includes: 1) Filling Of Defects In The Surface With Concrete Or Concrete-Brick Aggregate With A Fraction Of 2/16 Mm In An Amount Of Approximately 15% Of The Total Area To Be Profiled Along With Rolling And Compaction; 2) Local Re-Profiling Of Road Fragments And Their Rolling And Compaction After Local Filling Of The Gaps - As Needed, 3) Purchase, Loading, Transport Of Materials And Equipment To Fill The Gaps And Granulate The Top Layer Of The Surface. The Works Will Be Performed In The City And Village Based On The List Of Surfaces Of Dirt Roads For Profiling And Local Hardening - Annex No. 9 To Swz. The Average Distance Of Dirt Roads In The Village From The Center Of Szamotuły Is Approximately 15 Km.
