The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Revitalization And Monitoring Of Public Space, Which Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Lublin Voivodeship 2021 - 2027 Program, Measure 11.2 Protection Of Natural Heritage, Safety And Sustainable Development Of Tourism Of Urban Areas And Their Functional Areas Under Integrated Territorial Investments (Types 1, 2, 3), Priority Xi Territorially Sustainable Development.3. The Investment Task In Question Includes: 1) Construction Of Two Containers With Greenery In The Form Of A Brick Flowerpot, Made Of Clinker Brick, Placed On A Foundation, With Resting Places In The Form Of Combined Benches, Planting A New Tree Around Which A Round Bench Will Be Placed, Development Of Public Space Attached To The Surface - On One Quarter Of The New Town Square In Zamość. The Area Intended For The Investment Is Located Within The B Conservation Protection Zone Of Preserved Historic Elements (100%); 2) Creation Of A Recreation Area Using Elements Of Green Infrastructure: Installation Of A Small Architecture Object, I.E. A Pergola With An Attached Round Table And Benches, Two Benches With A Backrest, A Swing, A Bicycle Rack, A Waste Bin And Ground Led Lighting, Planting Trees, Bushes, Vines And Ornamental Grasses - Green Area On The Łabuńka River From Weteranów Street In Zamość; 3) Greening Of The Bus Stop At Al. Jana Pawła Ii In Zamość, Maintaining The Existing Structure, Unsealing The Ground And Providing Supports For The Planned Plantings Of Greenery.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment Are Included In: 1) Land Development Design - Construction Of Green Infrastructure Of Public Spaces In Zamość, 2) Executive Design - Construction Of Green Infrastructure Of Public Spaces In Zamość, 3) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 And 10 To The Swz, And Later Constituting An Annex To The Contract And Being Its Integral Part. 5.
