The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Design Works And Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Investment Task: Thermal Modernization Of The Teachers House Building As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Municipal Buildings In The Biecz Commune 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Project Number: Femp.02.02-Iz.00-0494/24 3. Subject Matter: Stage I Of The Order Development Of Complete Design Documentation Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, Necessary To Perform Construction Works As Part Of The Task In Question Based On The Functional And Utility Program And Information Contained In The Provided Documents Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Ex-Post Audit Stage Ii Of The Order Implementation Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Performing Authors Supervision, Consisting In Particular In: A) Confirming, In The Course Of Implementing The Detailed Design And Construction Works, The Compliance Of The Implementation With The Project; B) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager Or The Investors Supervision Inspector; C) Qualifying Changes Introduced During The Implementation Of The Construction Project; D) Participating In Construction Councils At Least Once For Two Weeks.2) Preparation And Submission Of Appropriate Documents On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Along With The Notice Of Commencement Of Works.3) Development And Agreement With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector Of A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Task. 4) Execution Of Construction Works.4.
