1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery, Assembly And Connection In The Conference Room No. 47 In The Building At Ul. Wspólna 30 In Warsaw New Devices For The Existing Multimedia System, Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As The System, And Commissioning And Calibration Of The System In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: − Dismantle The Existing Building In The Conference Room Referred To In Section 1, Multi-Monitor Wall. The Dismantled Devices Remain With The Ordering Party; − Conducting Training In The Use Of The System For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party At The Request Of The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 3.1. Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security;3.2. An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. 4. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract (Hereinafter: Opz).
