Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities Works; The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Materials Used For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Investment. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
