1. The Subject Of The Order Are Adaptation Works At Kindergarten No. 2. Maria Konopnicka In Wągrowiec In The Scope Of Ensuring Accessibility In The Facility In The Scope Of: Renovation Of A Bathroom With A Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of Children With Physical Disabilities, Creation Of A Soundproofing Wall For The Speech Therapists Office, Installation Of A Ramp For Disabled People - At The Rear Entrance To The Building, Renovation Of Pedestrian Routes Around The Kindergarten - Surface And Marking, Marking Of Roads For The Blind And Visually Impaired, Replacement Of Floor Panels In Two Rooms, As Well As Marking The Parking Lot For Disabled People (Development And Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization). The Facility Is Located In The Historic Urban Layout Of The City Of Wągrowiec, Entered In The Register Of Monuments No. 436/Wlkp/A Of December 12, 2006. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Required Quantities, Are Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. 2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Both Social And Environmental Aspects, Apply Technologies That Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment, The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Consumption Of Water, Electricity, Heat And Fuel, And Waste Generation.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Following Activities Taking Into Account Environmental Aspects: 1) Management And Disposal, At The Agreed Cost And Risk, Of Demolition Materials, I.E. All Materials And Equipment Resulting From Demolition Works, Etc., And Waste Materials. These Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Generally Applicable Local Regulations; 2) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Cause Devastation Of The Area Around The Constructed Facility; 3) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Required Technical And Operational Conditions; 4) Conducting Selective Collection Of Waste Generated During Construction Works (Rubble, Packaging, Insulating Materials) And Transferring Them Only To Entities With Appropriate Permits; 5) Securing Construction Site From Contamination Of Soil And Water (E.G. Proper Storage Of Materials And Fuels);6) Storing Materials And Equipment Without Creating Communication Obstacles;7) Segregating Waste Generated By The Contractors Employees (Segregation At A Minimum Level: Paper/Glass/Metal/Plastics);8) Storing Demolition Elements In Previously Designated Places;9) Limiting Dust And Noise Emissions By Using Covers, Sprinklers And Carrying Out Work At Designated Hours;10) Shutting Down Construction Equipment And Machines In The Absence Of Performance Of The Works; 11) The Contractor Is Obliged To Document The Amount Of Waste That Was Generated During The Implementation 12) Restore Or Recreate The Area Where The Works Were Carri
