Task Carried Out As Part Of The Program: Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Contractor Will, In Particular: 1) Prepare Technical Documentation; 2) Perform Construction Works, Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall In Accordance With The Building Permit And Design Documentation, And In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract; 3) Prepare As-Built Documentation; 4) Transfer The Copyrights To The Technical Documentation And As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party, On The Terms Specified In The Contract; 5) Conclude The Contract Insurance For Liability Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract;6) Will Provide A Guarantee For Construction Works Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.3. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point Iv Section 1, Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Covering The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Referred To In Section 2 Point 1 Of The Contract; 2) Stage 2 - Including The Execution Of Construction Works Referred To In Section 2 Point 2 - Together With The As-Built Documentation Referred To In Section 2 Point 3 Of The Contract.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Documentation Specified In Annex No. 12 To This Swz For The Construction Project: Construction Of A Warehouse And Equipment Hall As Part Of The District Population Protection Warehouse And Equipment Base Under The Olioc 2025-2026 Program - Stage Ii In The Design And Build Formula.5. Details Of The Order Execution Are Described In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor For The Subject Of The Contract Will Be At Least 3 Years From The Final Acceptance. (Note: One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers Is The Extension Of The Warranty Period).
