The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Design And Implement Formula For The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Pitch With Artificial Surface At Ul. Św. Marka.2. The Order Includes The Modernization Of Sports Infrastructure, Including In Particular: Renovation Of The Synthetic Surface (Artificial Grass) Of The Football Field (Approx. 1,800 M²), Replacement Of Stands, Goals, Shelters For Players, Delivery Of A Locker Room Container, Scoreboard And Bicycle Racks, Replacement Of The Net And Fence Posts Along With Moving A Fragment Of The Fence, Modernization Of Some Hardening Areas And Replacement Of 4 Lighting Fixtures Along With Changing The Location Of One Of The Fences. Poles.3. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Design Work: Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Pfu, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of Stage I Includes In Particular: − Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory Work, Including, Among Others: Development Of A Map For Design Purposes, Inventory Of The Existing Condition And Possible Geotechnical Opinions, − Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Construction Design And Executive Designs For All Industries, Including Architectural, Construction And Electrical In The Field Of Container Power Supply And Lighting), − Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), − Development Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan (Bioz), If Required By Law, − Obtaining All Legally Required Technical Conditions (E.G. Connection Conditions/Network Reconstruction), Opinions, Arrangements (Including With Network Operators) And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, − Preparation Of A Complete Application And Effective Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works Or - If The Adopted Design Solutions Require It - Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit, − Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Full Industries, From The Moment Of Commencement Of Works To The Time Of Their Final Acceptance, Reporting The Works Or Obtaining A Final Decision On Building Permit. 2) Stage Ii - Construction Works: Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And The Competent Administrative Authority, In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit, Notification Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And Then Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party; The Scope Of Stage Ii Also Includes: − Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works And During The Warranty Period On The Basis Of The Developed Executive Docu
