Armii Krajowej 101, Voice Prostheses, According To The Quantitative And Type List Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Conditions, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. The Offered Goods Must Be New And Unused.3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport And Unloading, Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.
