The Ordering Party Orders, And The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, Under The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement, Services Consisting In Updating And Developing Changes In The Functional And Utility Program And The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Involvement In The Contract Award Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor For The Investment Task, Supervising The Design Work And Implementation Of Works, And Managing The Investment Task. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage, Exercise Control And Investor Supervision, As Well As Cooperate With The Ordering Party, Including Reporting On The Implementation Of The Investment Task. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Smooth Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Terms Of Its Preparation And Implementation Of Works, Efficient And Timely Receipt Of Documents And Works, Ensuring Proper Future Functioning And Service Of The Facility Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task By The Ordering Party.
