The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works Along With Obtaining All Necessary Tests, Tests, Inspections And Permits Enabling Further Operation In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations Regarding The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The State Fire Service Building In Szczedrzyk Taking Into Account The Scope Of The Optimal Variant No. 1 Of The Energy Audit Of October 9, 2024, And The Scope Of The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Insulation Of The Flat Roof, Replacement Of Window Frames And Installation Of Roller Blinds On The South Side, Replacement Of External Door Frames, Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump Compatible With The Existing Oil Boiler, Installation Of Low-Temperature Water Heaters, Modernization Of The Central Heating System (Replacement Of Radiators) And All Necessary Accompanying Works.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes, As Part Of Ensuring Access To The School Building For People With Disabilities, The Construction Of A Ramp At The Main Entrance To The School Building. Additionally, It Is Planned To Put An Anti-Slip Carpet On The Stairs. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Design Documentation.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men. Implementing The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men Means Planning Activities In The Project That Will Contribute To Equalizing The Opportunities Of A Given Sex That Is In A Worse Position Or Creating Mechanisms To Ensure That There Is No Discrimination Or Exclusion Based On Gender At Any Stage Of Project Implementation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities. Implementation Of The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Means That The Contractor Must Comply With The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union And The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities In The Project. When Implementing The Project, The European Commission Guidelines On Ensuring Respect For The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union Should Be Applied. The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Project That There Is No Contradiction With The Requirements Of This Document. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7.
