1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Road Lighting Along Kasztanowa Street In Stalowa Wola. Location: Plot No. 1219, 1054/3, 1029/11, 1031/2; Precinct Possibly 0002-Rozwadów; Unit Register 181801_1 Stalowa Wola.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule, Which Will Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3. The Basic Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: - Construction Of Lighting Supply Lines, - Construction Of 16 Road Lighting Stations On A Framework Of Aluminum Poles, - Installation Of Road Luminaires Equipped With A Zhaga Socket And A Controller Compatible With The Existing Lighting Control System (Existing Smartly.City Control System)4. The Contractor, Under This Order, Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Decisions And Approvals Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Should Have Insurance Covering All Construction And Assembly Risks (E.G. Car, Ear) Related To The Contract For An Insurance Amount Not Lower Than The Gross Offer Price For The Entire Period Of Task Implementation. The Contractor Should Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Insurance Amount Not Lower Than The Gross Offer Price For The Entire Period Of Task Implementation.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Draft Contract, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are For Information Purposes Only. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.7.
