The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Garage And Utility Building With A Shelter And The Construction Of A Shelter On The Premises Of A Forest Nursery In Ostrów. The Ordering Party Requires That The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Buildings Was Carried Out In Accordance With The Selected Construction And Material Solution And Dimensions, As Well As The Development Of The Area With Selected Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2A - Design Documentation Containing: Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design), Technical (Executive) Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bill Of Quantities, Decision No. 146/2023 (Building Permit) And Visualization. Other Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Delivered Through Its Own Efforts; 2) Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation And Must Be In Line With Polish Standards, Have Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction. All Materials Used Must Be Offered In The First Grade;3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price The Costs Related To The Maintenance Of The Facilities And The Construction Site As Well As The Disposal And Removal Of Waste Generated During The Works;4) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide, At His Own Expense, Full Surveying Services During Construction And Post-Construction Surveying Inventory.
