The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Road No. 106564B In Łapy-Kołpaki In The Following Scope: - Execution Of Preparatory And Demolition Works, - Reconstruction Of Devices Not Related To Road Infrastructure, - Execution Of Earthworks, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, - Construction Of The Substructure, - Construction Of Surfaces, - Construction Of Finishing Works, - Execution Of Accompanying Works Related To Above Works. As Part Of The Works, The Contractor Will Replace The Existing Sanitary Sewage Manholes, Install Relief Rings And Plates On The Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems, And Adjust The Entire Existing Infrastructure (Including Water Supply Boxes And Gate Valves).2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, In Order To Obtain The Final Result Specified In The Subject Of The Order, And Therefore Perform The Task Regardless Of Any Difficulties That May Occur During Implementation. The Ordering Party Also Provides The Bill Of Quantities (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz) As Information (Auxiliary) Material. The Use Of Bills Of Quantities Prepared By The Ordering Party Is At The Sole Risk Of The Contractor. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Constitute Only An Exemplary Calculation Of The Scope And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Calculating The Price Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Remember, Notwithstanding Any Limitation Suggested By The Description Of Each Item And/Or Explanation, That The Price Shown In The Offer Constitutes Payment For Work Performed And Completed In All Respects. The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Taken Into Account All Requirements And Obligations, Whether Specified Or Suggested In The Bill Of Quantities.
