The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of The Task: Replacement Of A Heat Source, Modernization Of Part Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installation, Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With An Energy Storage Unit As Part Of The Task: Thermal Modernization Of The Building At The City Stadium.1.1. The Project Will Be Implemented In Ślesin, Ślesin Registration District, On A Plot With Registration Number: 1200/6, Within Or 0001 Ślesin Commune. Ślesin. The Property Is Owned By The Ślesin Commune.1.2. The Implementation Of The Task Includes In Particular Work Related To The Design, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Execution Of The Following Parts Of The Investment: A) Development Of Design Documentation Including, Among Others: Inventories, Arrangements, Opinions Required By Detailed Regulations, Construction Designs, Executive Designs, Requirements For The Preparation Of The Construction Site, Concepts, Stwior, Bioz; B) Decommissioning Of The Coal Boiler And Installation Of An Air-Water Heat Pump With A Capacity Of 28-32 Kw For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water Along With The Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation (Underfloor Heating In Part Of The Building) And Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation. (Installation Of A Domestic Hot Water Tank), Along With The Necessary Accessories; C) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Min. Power 29.64 Kw With Energy Storage Of Min. Capacity 20.48 Kwh With The Necessary Infrastructure And Fencing.1.3. The Order Includes, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes (Including The Pfu):1. Preparation Of Documentation:  Development Of Complete Design Documentation,  Development Of As-Built Documentation, 2. Obtaining Decisions And Arrangements:  Obtaining Technical Conditions,  Obtaining The Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Notifications, No-Objection Certificates Required By Law, Including The Approval Of An Expert For Fire Protection For The Design Of Photovoltaic Devices With An Installed Electrical Power Of More Than 6.5 Kw In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements And Other Necessary Documents For The Implementation Of Works,3. Design Requirements:  Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering,  Ensuring Compliance Of The Documentation With The Requirements Specified In The Fup. 4. Implementation Of Works:  Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Construction Practice,  Achievement Of Effects And Technical And Technological Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Fup. 5. Supervision:  Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment. 6. Completion Of The Investment And Commissioning:  Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete Documentation Necessary
