The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Playground For A Nursery At Ul. Wyrska 4 As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A. Developing An Architectural And Construction Design To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit - 2 Copies, B. Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Maps, C. Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, D. Execution Of Construction Works, E. Providing The Ordering Party With A Playground Inspection Document Confirming Compliance Of The Playground And Surface With The Standards. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Playground In The Municipal Nursery Located On Plots No. 5341/204, 5340/204 Located At Ul. Wyrska 4 In Łaziska Górne. The New Playground Will Be Intended Exclusively For Nursery Children And Children Attending Nurseries/Kids Clubs. As Part Of The Task, This Area Will Be Fenced. The Playground Surface Will Have A Natural, Grassy Surface, With Existing Trees In Part Of The Area. It Is Planned To Create A Modern Play Complex With Various Levels Of Difficulty, With A Safe Grass Surface And The Separation Of Various Interest Zones: - Movement Play Zone And Educational Play Zone - A Play House With A Sandbox Set Consisting Of Colorful Houses With Low Stairs, A Slide, A Tube, Boards With Educational Games, With Seats Around The Sandbox, Which Will Be Used By Children And Their Guardians; - Activity Play Zone - Fitness Set Made Of Natural Wood; - Musical Play Zone - Musical Island; - Contact Zone With Nature - The Purchase Of Various Types Of Seedlings Is Planned. All Elements Will Be Adapted To The Age Of Children. There Will Be A Slope In The Playground With A Relative Height Of At Least 40 Cm (Maximum Slope 30°). It Is Also Planned To Purchase A Sensory Path (Children Will Be Able To Receive Stimuli By Touching Individual Elements/Textures) And Pots In Which Children Will Be Able To Grow And Care For Plants (Herb-Vegetable/Flower Garden). An Important Element Will Be The Purchase Of Shade Equipment In The Form Of A Sail, Which, Together With The Existing Trees, Will Provide Shading Of At Least 20% Of The Playground Area.
