1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Piast Castle In Międzyrzecz, Stage I, Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Located On Plot No. 375/4, Międzyrzecz 2 District, Ul. Podzamcze 2, 66-300 Międzyrzecz. 1.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Structural Protection - Filling The Cracks In The Walls In The Northern Towers With Cement Grout, - Sheet Metal Works, - Renovation Of The Roof Trusses Of The Northern And Southern Towers, - Complete Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Northern And Southern Towers With Wooden Shingles - Oiled Wooden Split Larch Shingles, - Replacement And Supplementation Of Gutters And Downpipes At The Roof Of The Northern And Southern Towers, - Replacement Old Lightning Protection Installation For A New One And Carrying Out Its Necessary Verification - Measurements, - Works On Erecting Scaffolding, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In 3 Copies. Note: Architectural And Construction Design Entitled Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Castle In Międzyrzecz, Carried Out By Maciej Małachowiczs Authors Architectural Studio, Also Includes Other Elements Of The Castles Architecture That Are Not Covered By This Order And Will Be Implemented Later. 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 1.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document And The Quantities Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order For The Contractor, But Are Only Intended To Determine The Technology Of Performing The Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting An Offer. 1.5. The Lump Sum Price Of The Task Should Include All Costs Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Min. Costs Of Transporting Materials, Scaffolding, And Any Other Costs Necessary For The Proper And Complete Performance Of The Task. 1.6. In The Event Of The Ordering Partys Doubts As To The Quality, Work Technology, Built-In Materials (Despite The Contractor Presenting Positive Test Results, Attestations, Certificates, Declarations, Etc.), The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Commission Tests To An Independent Research Laboratory/Appraiser. If Negative Results Of Laboratory Tests/Expert Opinions Are Obtained Confirming Incorrect Quality Of The Element/Works Or Incorporated Materials, The Cost Of Performing These Laboratory Tests/Expert Opinions Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 1.7. Construction Works Covered By This Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With And Within The Scope Of The Design Documentation Developed By Maciej Małachowiczs Authors Architectural Studio. 1.8.
