The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Demolition Of A Single-Story Building For Education, Science, Culture And Sports Without A Basement, Formerly Serving As A Gymnasium, Located On Plot No. 844, District 1, In The Skoczów-Miasto Registration Unit, At Ul. Górny Bór 3A.1) Demolition Of The Building, In Accordance With The Demolition Project, Administrative Decision And Applicable Construction Law Provisions, 2) Development, Obtaining Arrangements And Approval Of The Temporary Road Traffic Organization Project Or Obtaining The Road Managers Permission To Occupy The Sidewalk - Depending On The Adopted Organization And Technology Of Carrying Out The Works. This Document Should Be Submitted To The Supervision Inspector Before The Commencement Of The Works. 3) Comprehensive Security Of The Work Area And Carrying Out Demolition Works With Particular Caution, In Particular: A) Development Of A Bioz Plan By The Construction Manager, To The Extent And In Cases Where Its Preparation Is Required Under The Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding Safety And Health Protection, B) Securing And Appropriate Marking Of The Demolition Site, C) Use Of Auxiliary Devices For Manual Removal Of Materials From The Building Being Demolished, E.G. Inclined Chutes, Downspouts And Others, D) Reducing Dust By Using Sprinklers During Work Causing Increased Dust Emission, E.G. Masonry And Mortar Crushing Stations;4) Conducting Demolition Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Occupational Health And Safety, Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Authorizations,5) Segregation, Loading, Transport And Transfer Of Waste Resulting From Demolition To Entities With The Permit Required By Law, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Keeping The Documentation Required By Law. The Condition For Acceptance Of The Works Is The Presentation Of Full Documentation Confirming The Waste Management In Accordance With The Law, Organizing And Leveling The Area After Completion Of The Works, Using Soil Approved By The Supervision Inspector, In A Way That Ensures Proper Compaction Of The Subgrade And Preparation Of The Area For Further Development, 6) Preparation Of A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Approved Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Attached To The Swz (Annex No. 5)1.
