The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Delivery Van Up To 3.5 T, Van Type, For The Faculty Of Electrical Engineering And Automation Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Car Must Be Produced No Earlier Than 20252. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Car To The Ordering Partys Headquarters On A Trailer To The Following Address: Politechnika Gdańska Ul. Sobieskiego 18, 80-216 Gdańsk.3. Codes According To Cpv: 34100000-8 Motor Vehicles, 34130000-7 Motor Vehicles For The Transport Of Goods 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order In The Amount Of: At Least 36 Months Or A Mileage Limit Of Not Less Than 1,000,000.00 Km, Whichever Comes First. During The Warranty And Warranty Period, Any Repairs Or Replacements Covered By The Warranty Or Warranty Are Made As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration - In Accordance With The Provisions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Regardless Of The Removal Of Defects In The Subject Of The Order, Within The Scope Of The Warranty Granted And To The Extent Necessary To Maintain It, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Free Warranty Inspections Throughout The Warranty Period, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements.7. No Proceedings May Be Pending Against The Subject Of The Order, The Subject Of Which Is The Vehicle, And It Cannot Be The Subject Of Security.8. The Offer In Each Part Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Matter Of The Part Of The Contract For Which The Contractor Is Applying. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz. 9. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
