General Description1) The Procedure Concerns The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Eight Single-Family Terraced Residential Buildings Located In Oświęcim At Ul. Zaborska, Also Called The Investment Task Or Investment In The Order Documents.2) The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, Through The Implementation Of Construction Works, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment And The Implementation Of All Accompanying Activities As Part Of The Investment.3) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Point 4) Along With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Order Attached To The Swz: A) Designs, B) Arrangements, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement.2. The Construction Covered By The Subject Of The Order Concerns Only The Development Standard, Including The Finishing Of The House Inside With All Internal Installations Without Accessories (White Assembly), Without Internal Blinds And Window Sills And Without Furniture And Equipment. White Tilt-And-Turn Windows. Insulation From The Inside Is Made Only By Placing Wool Between The Rafters On A Steel Structure And Using Vapor Insulation Without Plasterboards. The Buildings Are Finished With Plaster From The Outside, Without Photovoltaic Installation, With Paving Stones On The Terrace And The Entrance To The Building And The Driveway To The Garage And The Waste Area (Garbage Bins) Hardened With Stones. Each Building Is To Have A Panel Fence On The Plot And A Mechanically Opened Entrance Gate And An Entrance Gate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Full, I.E. Together With Accompanying Works Not Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary For The Correct And Proper Execution Of The Order.3. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Established In The Form Of A Lump Sum Remuneration Payable Post-Construction In Parts, With Partial Payments In The Amount Offered By The Contractor (The Offer Evaluation Criterion Should Be Indicated In The Offer).4. The Bill Of Quantities Published By The Ordering Party Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Serves To Determine The Value Of The Offer. The Design Documentation (Construction/Execution Design) Has Priority In This Respect, Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Section 2, And Any Errors In The Bill Of Quantities Or Incompleteness Of The Bill Of Quantities Do Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Carry Out The Full Scope Of Work. The Offer Price Should Cover The Full Scope Of The Order Described In The Order Documents.
