The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Preparatory And Security Works, • Demolition Works Of All Elements Damaged As A Result Of The Fire. And Fire-Fighting Operations, Including: Roof, Suspended Ceilings, Damp Plasterboards, Damaged Window And Door Joinery, Wall Tiles, Etc. • Demolition Of Side Staircases, • Disassembly Of Roof Structural Elements And Roof Covering, • Construction Of A New Roof Structure, • Construction Of A New Roof Covering Along With The Necessary Sheet Metal Work, • Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, • Carrying Out Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, • Cleaning Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
