The Subject Of The Order Are Works Including The Reconstruction Of Partitions And Internal Installations As Well As The Functional Planning Of Segments A And E Constituting Part Of The Complex Of Buildings Of The Ballet School. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of The Contractors Visiting The Site On June 12, 2026 At 10.00 (Meeting At Building A In The Parking Lot On Chorzowska Street). The Ordering Party Informs That Participation In The Above-Mentioned A Site Visit Is Not Mandatory, I.E. It Is Not A Necessary Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. Additional Information And Answers To Questions Asked By Contractors Will Not Be Provided During The On-Site Visit, And Therefore Any Questions That Contractors May Wish To Ask After The On-Site Visit Should Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In This Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Evaluation Criteria.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, For The Performance Of Which No Qualifications Are Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Mutatis Mutandis To Subcontractors. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons, The Employers Rights To Control Compliance And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. 6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions - Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.8.
