The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Investor Supervision Services During The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Building At Ul. Constitution Of The 3Rd Of May In Bochnia Along With Its Equipment For Psychiatric Care: 1). Comprehensive Investment Services And Management, Coordination And Supervision Of The Investment Process On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Its Implementing Regulations And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Concluded With The Investment Contractor, Including Performance Of All Activities Related To The Acceptance Of Works And Settlement Of The Investment, 2). Exercising On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Rights Under The Guarantee And Warranty Granted By The Investment Contractor; Ii.4.2) Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order - Requirements Specified Pursuant To Art. 218 Section 2 - 1) Investor Supervision Will Be Performed By Inspectors/Inspectors With Construction Qualifications To Supervise Construction Works Without Restrictions In The Following Specialties: A. Construction Or Building Permits Corresponding To Them, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations; B. Installation In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Water Supply And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, Or Corresponding Valid Construction Permits That Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations; C. Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Or Corresponding Valid Construction Permits That Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations. D. Installation In The Field Of Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices Or Corresponding Valid Construction Permits That Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations.E.
