The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Handling Of A Foreign Trip To Italy, Including A Stay In Rome, The Vatican And The Vicinity Of Rome, For Employees Of The Complex Of Educational Institutions No. 2 In Kielce, Planned From October 11, 2026 To October 14, 2026. The Ordering Party Expects The Participation Of Approximately 97 Participants, Although The Final Number Of Participants May Change. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Organization Of An Air Flight On The Poland - Rome - Poland Route 2) Provision Of Bus Transport Within The Italian Republic Throughout The Entire Order Implementation Period 3) Provision Of 3 Nights Accommodation For All Tour Participants 4) Accommodation Of Participants Must Take Place Only In Hotels Located In Rome 5) Provision Of Meals For All Participants 6) Provision Of A Comprehensive Tourist And Sightseeing Program Including The Organization Of Sightseeing In Rome, Vatican And The Vicinity Of Rome, Together With Guide Services 7) Providing The Care Of A Tour Guide Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, I.E. From The Moment The Group Leaves Poland Until Its Return 8) Providing Guide Services Provided By People With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience In Handling Tourist Groups. 9) Providing Each Participant With A Tour Guide System Enabling Them To Listen To The Guide During The Tour. 10) Providing Insurance For Tour Participants.
