1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of The Service Of Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For The Project Participants - Residents Of The Day Care Facility For People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning, Including Due To Age, Disability Or Mental Disorders, Established As Part Of The Project Titled Senior Care Organization Femp.06.33-Ip.01-1622/24 For Which The Ordering Party Received Funding Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program Priority 6: European Funds For The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion, Measure 6.33 - Support For Social Services In The Zit Region Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.2. The Catering Service Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches For Children Attending The Day Care Facility - In The Number Indicated Daily By The Ordering Party In Advance. The Number Of Meals Will Vary, Depending On The Actual Number Of Residents Present On A Given Day. The Maximum Number Of Lunches Per Day Will Not Exceed March 15. The Project Participants Are People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning, Including Due To Age, Disability Or Mental Disorders.4. The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Food And Nutrition Safety Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, Act Of 05/12/2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans And Implementing And Eu Regulations. It Is Required To Apply The Principles Of The Haccp System.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Meals Served Will Be Varied And High In Calories - In Accordance With Applicable Standards In Public Catering. The Food Products Delivered Will Be Fresh And Should Be Prepared On The Day Of The Service. The Use Of Unhealthy: Saturated Fats, Oils, Food Substitutes, Ready-Packed Or Frozen Meals, Etc. Is Not Allowed. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Raw Materials Used, Technological Processes And Standards Of Daily Food Rations, Menus And Ready-Made Meals.6. Meals Will Be Prepared Based On The Nutritional Menu Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By A Dietician And The Ordering Party. The Menu Will Be Approved At Least One Week In Advance.7. The Meals Must Take Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) The People For Whom The Meals Are Prepared May Include People Who Require Adapted Meals Due To Food Allergies Or The Need To Follow A Specific Diet. 2) Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Deep-Frozen Or Instant Products, 3) Meals Cannot Be Repeated During The Week, 4) The Dinner Includes Fish At Least Once A Week And Other Meat Twice A Week, 5) The Dinner Consists Of A Soup And A Second Course.
