B) Narrow Mechanical Mowing Of 126,311 Linear Meters Of Municipal Roads Verges In The Area Of Łask. Łask Commune.C) Mechanical Mowing Of 48,540 Linear Meters Of Roadside Ditches On Commune Roads In The Łask Commune.D) Mechanical Mowing Of 5,543 Linear Meters Of Ditches Discharging Rainwater From The Rainwater Drainage System In The Łask Commune (1M Ledges, Slopes, Bottom).2) To Complete The Order, The Contractor Must Have At Least 2 Tractors With A Flail Mower For Mowing The Roadsides And Slopes Of Ditches, At Least 1 Tractor With A Flail Mower On A Boom With A Reach Of Over 5 M And At Least 2 String Trimmers.3) It Is Possible To Award The Contracts Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Not Exceeding 100% Of The Basic Order, Using The Unit Price Determined For The Basic Order (So-Called Option Right). The Ordering Party May Use The Option Multiple Times Until The Above-Mentioned Options Are Exhausted. Limit. The Value Of The Works Ordered By The Ordering Party Under The Option Right Will Be Consistent With The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer Form And Will Not Be Taken Into Account When Evaluating Offers Based On The Established Criterion (Price 100%). The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About Its Intention To Exercise The Option Right.
