The Place Of Delivery Is The Uniform Warehouse Of The Military Police Headquarters In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109.5. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures.6. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
