1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fuels, Windshield Washer Fluids And Car Wash Services For Uck Company Vehicles, In Non-Cash Transactions For A Period Of 24 Months.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Because Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Organizational Difficulties And Excessive And Unjustified Costs Of Performing The Contract.
