1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fuels, Windshield Washer Fluids And Car Wash Services For Uck Company Vehicles, In Non-Cash Transactions For A Period Of 24 Months.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Because Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Organizational Difficulties And Excessive And Unjustified Costs Of Performing The Contract. Additionally, Art. 91 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Impose An Absolute Obligation To Divide The Contract Into Parts, But It Provides For The Ordering Partys Right To Divide The Contract, Therefore It Is Impossible To Raise An Allegation That Such Action Is Illegal Due To The Lack Of A Standard Imposing An Obligation To Divide. 4. Due To The Admissibility Of Performing The Subject Of Services, Both With The Help Of A Person Employed Under An Employment Contract And Under A Civil Law Contract, The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Scope Of Activities For The Performance Of Which It Requires The Contractor To Employ People Under An Employment Contract.
