The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Task No. 1 - A White Hat Cover, A Navy Blue Gabardine Cap, A Year-Round Navy Blue Dress Coat, A Navy Blue Gabardine Jacket, Navy Blue Dress Trousers, Navy Blue Ski Trousers, Trouser Suspenders, A White Dress Shirt, And A Tie.2. The Maximum Order Size Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference - Offer Form.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Product Item Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference - Technical Specification. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, Contractors Should Be Guided By The Technical Description In The Annex And - If Included - A Photo Of The Product. Attention! The Technical Specification Constituting An Annex To The Contract Defines Only The Principles Of Execution And Use Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. In The Remaining Scope, I.E. The Rules For Accepting The Subject Of The Contract And The Rights Of The Ordering Party And The Contractors Obligations Arising From The Guarantee Are Specified Exclusively In The Swz (Draft Contract).4. The Need For Tailoring Elements Of Uniforms Results From The Specificity Of The Official Tasks Performed By The Ordering Party And Legal Regulations. The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Use Ready-Made Clothing. Uniforms (Especially Dress Uniforms) Must Look Impeccable, Which Requires A Perfect Fit. Details Of Tailoring Are Described In §2 Section. 6-13 Of The Draft Contract. When Tailoring, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, Provided That They Ensure Full, Individual Adaptation To Each User, While Maintaining Compliance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex 2 To The Swz. When Tailoring The Above-Mentioned Products, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Tailoring Services To The Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period.5. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Size Of The Assortment That Is The Subject Of The Sent Order Referred To In § 4 Section 5 Of The Draft Contract (Applies To The Assortment From Task No. 1, Which Will Not Be Tailor-Made). 6. In Order To Evaluate The Offers, In The Quality Criterion, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer Samples Of The Offered Assortment - For Tasks 1,2,3 One Piece/Pair In Any Size, Provided That The Indicated Size Must Be Consistent With The Size Table Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Designs Must Comply With The Description And Photo Included In Annex 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Physical Model (Sample) Does Not Constitute An Important Part Of The Offer And Is Not An Annex To The Framework Agreement (In Accordance With Article 77 Of The Public Procurement Law) And Is Used Only For Demonstration And Comparison Purposes.
