The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Titled Delivery And Assembly Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Zagłębie Oncology Center Sz. Starkiewicz Specialist Hospital In Dąbrowa Górnicza Carried Out As Part Of The Project Fesl.10.06-Iz.01-0Hfa/25 Green Energy Hospital. The Task Includes The Following Scope Of Work: Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Intention In Accordance With The Law And Carrying Out Tender Procedures. Stage I:• Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design, • Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Arrangements, Documents, And Expert Opinions (All Necessary Permits, Environmental Decisions If Required, Industry Agreements, Measurements Necessary For The Development) • Submitting A Complete Application For A Construction Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Stage Ii • Preparation Of Technical Documentation (Design And Cost Estimate), As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Also Undertakes To Perform Authors Supervision. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Template Contract) And In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Within: • Stage I - A Maximum Of 50 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Stage I Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). • Stage Ii - 90 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract.
