Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Wyśmierzyce Commune And Management Of Pszok

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Properties Residing In The Wyśmierzyce Commune And Owners Of Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, As Well As The Establishment And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Wyśmierzyce.2. The Organization And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Wyśmierzyce Commune And The Management Of Waste Collected At This Point Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Waste Hierarchy, The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Applicable Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship.3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 4. Types Of Municipal Waste Covered By The Service: 1) Paper, 2) Metals, 3) Plastics, 4) Glass, 5) Multi-Material Packaging Waste, 6) Bio-Waste, 7) Ash And Slag, 8) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, 9) Hazardous Waste, 10) Expired Medicines And Chemicals, 11) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, Used Batteries And Accumulators,12) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment,13) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste,14) Used Tires,15) Construction And Demolition Waste,16)Textiles And Clothing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Unsegregated Waste In The Municipal Installation And The Remaining Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Collection Of Municipal Waste From: Schools, Libraries, Entities Conducting Business Activity In The Wyśmierzyce Commune.
