The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Dinners (Including Dietary Ones) With Compote Five Times A Week From Monday To Friday, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, Prepared On The Basis Of Own Products Using Own Kitchen Facilities (Kitchen Premises, Kitchen Equipment And Appliances) With Delivery To The Place Of Order, From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 1. Sets Include Lunches Will Include: A Soup, A Different One For Each Day Of The Week, A Second Course, And The Weekly Menu Should Include Three Days Containing Meat Dishes, One Day Containing A Fish Dish And One Day Containing A Meatless Dish. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Fresh Additions To The Lunch Set, Such As Salad Or Cooked Vegetables And Compote. 2. The Temperature Of The Meals Delivered Should Be: - For Soups, Not Less Than 75ºc - For The Second Course, Not Less Than 65ºc, For Poultry, Not Less Than 75ºc 3. The Weight Of Meals Must Meet Basic Standards: - Soup - 500 Ml/Person - Second Course, Including: 1) Potatoes Or Groats Or Rice Or Pasta - 300 G/Person Portion Of Meat (Pork Cutlet Or Poultry Or Minced Meat Or Goulash) – 150 G/Person Or Chicken Portions (Thigh, 3 Wings) – 150 G/Person Or Fish – 150 G/Person Fresh Or Cooked Vegetable Salad – 150 G/Person 2) Or Pancakes/Dumplings With Additions 300 G/Person 3) Or Dumplings (With Cheese Or Meat) 300 G/Person – Compote – 200 Ml/Person 4. The Contractor Will Present The Ordering Party With A Menu Proposal For The Next 10 Working Days, 3 Days Before The Next Decade. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Menu Agreed With The Ordering Party. 7. The Maximum Daily Number Of Deliveries Is 50 Lunches (Including Norms And Diets), Including Approximately 10 Take Away Items. 8.
