The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Project Entitled: Establishment Of An Educational And Care Center In Baranów Sandomierski - Part I Of The Order2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: I Part Of The Order: Delivery Of Furniture - In Accordance With The Delivery Specification, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz3. After Completing The Subject Of The Order And Final Acceptance, The Contractor Grants At Least A 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Deliveries, Counted From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract4. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Podkarpacie Regional Program For 2021-2027.5. In The Case Of Proper Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And Swz, Equivalent Solutions With No Worse Parameters Are Allowed. If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That It Is Possible To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And Tender Documentation, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Respectively, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Swz And All Annexes To The Swz By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Indicates That It Allows Equivalent Solutions, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
