Subject Of The Order1. Preparation Of A Technical Fire Protection Expert Opinion Along With A Construction Design To Adapt To Fire Protection Requirements. For Buildings Of The Oleśnica City Hall.2. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Technical Expert Opinion And Executive Documentation: 1) Containing A Descriptive Part, A Corresponding Graphic Part And An Analytical Part Along With An Assessment Of The Existing Condition. The Graphic Part Of The Study Will Consist Of Projections Of Individual Floors Of The Facility And Characteristic Cross-Sections, And, If Necessary, Also A Land Development Plan. The Drawings Will Be Prepared On A Scale Enabling Reading Of The Information Contained Therein And Will Be Provided With A Descriptive Table And The Stamps Of: A Construction Appraiser And A Fire Protection Appraiser. The Analytical Part Will Include A Justification For The Use Of The Proposed Solution In Order To Obtain Fire Protection Conditions; 2) Clearly Demonstrating/Proposing Substitute Or Replacement Solutions Within The Framework Of The Created Safety Documentation Ensuring An Acceptable Level Of Safety For People And Property; 3) Obtaining Arrangements For The Proposed Solutions With The Conservator Of Monuments; 4) Submitting An Application To The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service In Wrocław And Agreeing On The Solutions Proposed By Appraisers Of Substitute Or Replacement Solutions, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Any Corrections Reported By The Conservator Of Monuments At The Stage Of Agreeing The Documentation And The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service As A Result Of The Submitted Application To Agree On Substitute And Replacement Solutions In Accordance With § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2012 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision Of The State Fire Service Provincial Committee For Substitute And Replacement Solutions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2012 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Building Permit To Adapt The Buildings To Substitute And Replacement Solutions Within The Contractual Deadline In Accordance With The Decision Of The State Fire Service And Dwkz.5.
